The Bane NOR employee portal has been recognised among fierce competition and well-known brands. In the top three, alongside

Stands out among fierce competition 

Bane NOR oversees operations, maintenance and construction of railways throughout Norway. To service their employees, they use an out-of-the-box ServiceNow solution where the front-end had not been updated in line with the expanded use of the solution. This resulted in insufficient support for the users. 


Together with developer colleagues in Sopra Steria, EGGS has helped them build a more user friendly, intuitive and on-brand service center, still using the ServiceNow platform.

The contest is run by ServiceNow and assesses ServiceNow portals on three areas: strategy, experience and governance. Its panel of judges represents a cross section of ServiceNow leaders from User Experience, Sales, Customer Success, and Digital Technology organisations. 

The reveal of the Grand Prize winners was announced at the award ceremony Knowledge25 in Las Vegas on May 7th.
