Fear of judgement or finger pointing when making mistakes or presenting a new idea , stifle people’s willingness to share their thoughts. This is detrimental to a team’s creativity. Still, it’s reality in many organisations. Promoting transparancy and communicating authentically is essential to building a culture where people dare to share and be creative. That’s why it is key in EGGS.
