A user friendly and intuitive ServiceNow employee portal

Designing a smooth experience for support services
Bane NOR is in charge of operations, maintenance and construction of railways throughout Norway. To service their employees, they use an out-of-the-box ServiceNow solution where the front-end had not been updated in line with the expanded use of the solution. This resulted in insufficient support for the users. Together with developer colleagues in Sopra Steria, EGGS has helped them build a more user friendly, intuitive and on-brand service center, still using the ServiceNow platform. The new solution has been elected as one of the top ten ServiceNow portals in the world.
